JEREZ ROUND 2

Jerez took place directly after the UK doubler header so 3 race weekends in a row for me. The weekend started good improving every session whether it was the lap time or my riding. The afternoon sessions were really difficult as the temperature got up to 39 degrees at one point.

Again I struggled in qualifying to get in a good lap. Partly because I kept making mistakes but I was also having a problem with shifting gear on the exit of the last corner. This resulted in me being in the LC race again.

I had a really good start overtaking a few people on the first lap however a bike broke down going into turn 5 and he was going really slow on the racing line and hit him. I stayed on however this set me back quite a few places. I ended up in a group battle of 3 riders and fought until the end finishing on top so overall a fun race.
