We were back at Navarra again for the first round of the R7 CUP in ESBK.

Thursday practice went well, after a good pre-season training, I was straight down to the same lap times is et last year at a 1:58:300. Friday continued to get better setting a 1:57:875 my new PB at Navarra.

Unfortunately, overnight on the Friday It had rained resulting in the track staying wet. i went out on wets and was around Top 5 however the last few laps the track dried out, and some rider decided to wait for the end of the session and go out with slicks on. Therefore, I ended up qualifying P16.

Race 1: Once again Saturday night the rain had fallen resulting in a wet start to my first race. I had a good start and slowing progressed up the field throughout the race climbing up to a solid P12 finish.

Race 2: The sun had been out all day however the rain decided to fall once again about 20 minutes before my race. Starting from P16 again I knew it would be difficult, but I stuck to the same plan. After some great battles I came home in P10!!!
